Our last video was all about scenarios in property development which make many investors walk away where they can, in fact, be problems disguised as money saving opportunities!
Jane talks about one here which can very definitely be a major problem with severe consequences if not dealt with correctly and at the right time but……. now see how you can actually make an unexpected gain here too!
Trouble is, if you’re relatively new to development how are you supposed to know what you need to do and when to do them.
We bought our first commercial freehold in 1988 so we know!
It’s difficult to look up online too if you don’t know what questions to ask. You can’t ask about things you may not know about!
Not to mention reams of inaccurate information online from well meaning folk who simply haven’t the relevant experience and knowledge.
